Normally we can have a new site launched within 2-4 weeks a new client has signed up and supplied us with all necessary onboarding materials! On boarding materials include a completed onboarding questionnaire, all necessary images, logos in the proper formats, and any written content needed to finish the website. We work hard and fast so that you can have your new site up and running as soon as possible.
We do are best to provide the most affordable service for the value you recieve. Our services are provided throughout the entire term of the contract and are billed for on on a monthly basis. As soon as you sign up you are billed for the initial setup which includes the design and development of your custom website. We then bill you on a monthly basis for ongoing customer service, adjustments and content updates WHen you sign up with us you pay your first monthly installment as well as your initial setup fee. After that you will only be billed for your monthly fee. Any additional services such as Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization, Content Creation, etc. are billed separately for their respective contractual terms.
Our Startup Package of $49/mo sets you up with a fully functional and on-page SEO optimized website. Your site will be developed so that it is mobile ready and uses the WordPress CMS as the back end for end-user ease of use, Customer Support is available 7 days per week and website hosting and a free SSL certificate are included too.
Yes we have a basic webmail client setup and can aid in integrating your domains mail server with third-party email solutions.We create all email accounts for your domain upon request.
All you need to do is purchase your domain and keep it current for the entirety of your contract term to ensure site visitor can find your website. Once you have purchased your domain, we will take care of the rest.
By subscribing to our monthly service, you can rest assured that your site will be updated and future-proofed to protect it from whatever may come. We ensure your site is backed up regularly and is hosted in the perfect environment for the type of websites we create for our clients.
We do not offer paid-in-full discounts.
After you sign up with us and make your initial setup and monthly payments, we get right to work by setting up your new site’s backend development environment. As we are doing this, we provide your with our onboarding questionnaire and collect from you all materials necessary to build your website. From there you will receive your newly minted and fully custom site thoughtfully created to meet your organization’s needs within 5-10 days.
If you cancel prior to the end of your contractually binding time period there is a fee amounting to %50 of your remaining balance and your site will be deleted within 2 weeks. If you want to migrate your site to another hosting provider, there will be a migration fee. After payment of the migration fee, we will export all necessary database entries and content needed and deliver it to you.
If you renew your contract, We will redesign your website for FREE. If you decide to cancel, you can migrate you site for free but you will no longer be eligible to receive services and support from Secant Outreach.
We only allow Secant Outreach Client sites to be hosted on our own hosting servers.
